- Jobs & Internships Tracker and Interview Process .
Each database is designed to solve daily Internship / job searching challenges for you in an easy way.
Getting Started: Job & Internship Tracker (Main Database)

Features:
- Application Tracking : View applications based on their Type , and track details like the status , notes and position.

Grouped by Status: View applications grouped based on their current status (e.g., Applied, Accepted, Interview Phase,…etc).

Status & Internship / Job Type charts : Easily filter applications by their type (e.g., Internship, Full-Time Job) and status.



- Calendar View: See application deadlines, Apply dates in a calendar format.

Automation:
Recruitment Phase (Interview Process Database)
- This database is specifically for tracking the interview phase of your applications.
- Features:
- Add details like:
- Resume/CV Used: Keep track of which version of your resume was sent.
- Interview Date: Log scheduled interviews.
- Contact Person & Email: Track the recruiter or HR representative’s details for follow-up.
- Interview Feedback : Document feedback received from interviewers (strengths, weaknesses, and suggestions) , and Track stages of your interview
- interview stages : Track the different phases of your interview process using stages like ( 1st Interview, 2nd Interview, Assessment/Test, In Progress)
- Progress Notes : Track updates, next steps, and personal observations during the recruitment process.
- Linked Automation:
- When you check the Go to Interview Process box in the main database, this section will auto-populate the relevant application details to help you proceed with interview tracking.
